We currently provide delivery services within Australia only.
Orders and shipments to countries or regions outside Australia are not supported at this time.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the order value and are clearly displayed at checkout:
Orders with a total value of AUD 90 or above qualify for free shipping;
Orders with a total value below AUD 90 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99.
Our standard business hours are 09:00–18:00.
Orders paid before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day;
Orders paid after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day;
Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next business day.
Once an order has been successfully confirmed, it will enter the processing stage:
Processing time is 1–3 working days;
After processing is completed, the order will proceed to dispatch.
After dispatch:
The estimated overall transit time is 10–12 working days;
Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and logistics network factors.

1. Damaged or Lost Items

Once an order has entered the processing or dispatch stage, shipping details may no longer be amended or cancelled. This is subject to the actual order status.
